I have experience reading books like this so it wasn’t that hard for me. Believe it or not, I sometimes don’t look up from reading if I notice someone walking by who isn’t specifically trying to get my attention. This book was for my University class that doesn’t start for another week. The advice was good, but the book is slow-paced and the points could have been addressed in far fewer pages I basically spent 2 or 3 days digesting and practicing each.
